The fans were nervous, wondering whether the previous week's heartbreak loss to Notre Dame would adversely affect the Huskies, as they headed down to Stanford -- home of the Huskies greatest loss the previous year. However, the Dawgs showed true spirit as they bounced back and dominated Stanford. A last-second Stanford score made it look closer than it really was, bringing the score to 38-28.
