By posting any message on any of the Message Boards at Huskyfan.com, you thereby agree that your internet provider may provide Huskyfan.com any and all information which may be helpful in identifying you in the event Huskyfan.com determines, in its sole opinion, that you have posted one or more abusive messages.
Huskyfan.com's servers are physically located within the State of California. By posting on any of the Message Boards at Huskyfan.com, you thereby consent to personal jurisdiction in the State of California pertaining to any dispute of any nature which may arise between you, on the one hand, and Huskyfan.com or its owner, on the other, regardless of whether third persons or entities are involved in such dispute. California shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any such dispute.
